MEMBER SYNOPSIS » If you're in it for the action, The Bourne Identity does not disappoint. Its chase sequences and fight scenes are as energetic and clever as ever (can you really beat somebody up with a hardcover book?). The plot, however, offers nothing that we haven't seen already in the first two chapters, and the final revelations of Jason Bourne's true past is "ultimately" unfulfilling and clichéd.
